Member of the Qualatex Balloon Network (QBN) which unites
and supports businesses that offer value-added balloon
designs featuring Qualatex products. Members are dedicated
to the pursuit of excellence in balloon décor and bouquets.

Both Partners, Wendy Farenwald & Lise O’Connell received their CBA,
Certified Balloon Artist status in 2001 by successfully completing the
QBN’s written tests, as well as the CBA Practical Exam to demonstrate
their knowledge of the QBN curriculum and ability to produce quality work.

Members of the Mid-Atlantic QBN Chapter currently holding meetings bi-monthly in College Park , MD. Wendy is currently serving as Treasurer and Lise is News Editor for the Chapter. Wendy served as President from September 2002 till end of 2004.

Current members of the Frederick Area Bridal Network (FABNet) consisting of wedding professionals striving to educate both brides and professionals about the wedding industry in Frederick , MD. Wendy & Lise served as Co-Secretaries from mid 2005 through 2007. Currently, they are co-chairing the Bridal Showcase 2009.
