Welcome to Balloon Affairs of Frederick, LLC, a successful, women-owned business located in Frederick, MD for the past 14 years. The owners, Wendy Farenwald, CBA, and Lise O’Connell, CBA, received their Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) status in 2001 by completing classes, written and practical exams as required by the Qualatex Balloon Network. They continue to expand their education by attending annual seminars and workshops.
Wendy and Lise are members of the Mid-Atlantic QBN Chapter balloon professional networking organization. Wendy is currently serving as Treasurer since 2005 and served as Vice President from 2000 - 2002 and President from September 2002 - 2004. Lise has been the News Editor for several years.
Balloon Affairs specializes in creating unique custom balloon décor and deliveries for any event and celebration. Not only do balloons have the ability to fill large spaces more affordably, balloons can be beautiful and elegant or colorful and fun.
